The program is only definite at the last moment and we want our guests to make a well-considered choice from what our programme has to offer. How do I keep a grip on the available space? And how do I make sure that there no speakers in front of an empty room?
Our solution:
Participants who have registered in advance find their personal programme in Networkapp but they can still switch, as can other guests who have not yet registered for workshops. You monitor the capacity (which is also recorded in the app) in real time. Not enough participants? Allocate guests to the workshops in question, or alert them by of open options by push notifcation.
